Don't make me believe George. Every year JJF is still here and his room is horrific. BB has only 2 commits for next year and he is still here. DM well he can recruit but can he coach. Time for new blood in the Offense.

Based on what? Dude has been widely considered one of the best S&C coaches in the country for the last 26 years. Fwiw... I'm not saying we won't make the right hire - BV knows S&C as well as anyone... Schmitty is a damn legend though.

I am sure if Schmidty retires they will rely heavily on him to help find the new guy. Those S&C guys are networked like crazy. He knows who has it and who doesn’t.

Mike Gundy was a lame duck coach who pretty much quit doing everything a coach needs to do be successful. I wouldn’t take anything they did or didn’t do this year as an indictment on Glass. Glass was a key part of a lot of the Poke success and did so with one hand tied behind his back if you look at recruiting and the portal

Very true. For years he built 2 star and 3 star linemen into a really good unit that were tough and gritty. Glass has been really good.
