But our roster salary is among the top in college hoops. There is the problem.

And too much dead weight on our coaching staff.

Player development doesn't just happen in the off-season. I'm not sure Bill has grasped that philosophy year. And I agree. His staff has always been lacking.

This. You don't just, you can't, fire a coach with Self's legacy and accomplishments. You don't just fire the most successful coach in a blueblood's history, even if the game has passed him by. But Goff does need to explain to him how much he is damaging his legacy by becoming Tedd Owen's 2.0... Cheers, NJ Hawk
