Yeah, Ivey is likely done in the NBA. Injuries were already a risk, now he's a perceived PR risk. The two together will make it hard for him to stay in the league.

Yikes. I really hope someone is able to get him some help. I agree with other posters that it’s hard to see him come back from this without some serious help and change.

Tell me you’re a trump supporter without actually telling me you’re a trump supporter.

Exactly, he's manic right now.... not good. Some of the stuff he is saying is biblical but a lot of it is not and way out there....

Lol, someone brought their perceived bias into the conversation, and stuck their foot in mouth. Irony at its finest.

Wrong. There are plenty of religious guys in the nba.

I'd urge you to listen to what he's saying. Also, the bible says to not judge others. So yeah, be religious, that's great. But not his place to put down others, which is what he's doing.

You're assuming he isn't pro hate speech.

I listened to the clip and he said he didn't like pride night and then gave some standard Evangelical stances on se*uality. That's what got him waived and not the 90 minute rants?

We have a GA spot open, bring him on in. Let him get his head right, train, get healthy, and give our guys a heck of a good look practicing against a very athletic wing.

It's probably a little more than that. He's attacking the organization for celebrating pride. I'm pretty sure if I did something similar that would justify a termination of my employment also. If he's doing it on social media imagine what he's probably like in the locker room right now. It's a distraction and it's likely a symptom of a bigger overall problem.

I only saw one clip so I might be missing something…but releasing him seems like the worst you can do for this kid…it didn’t seem all that terrible to me, but I might have missed more stuff he said. I saw a 59 second clip of him in car or something Hell wife beaters are still in this league

You would think entertainers, which include athletes, would learn to simply not state their personal opinions or beliefs about anything in today’s society until their career is over. Someone will always be offended no matter what they say, and nothing good ever comes of it. Just keep your thoughts to yourself, period. Don’t risk your career.

are you serious? He can't teach insane athletic ability and probably don't want him preachin' to the team either

it was bad. Think about the 59 second clip but that went for 75 minutes and he had comments in his ig posts where he was hating on other for their sins. Also no reason for the Bulls to carry this type of weight with him being a pending free agent.
