I am lost and broken. I have no light in the darkness. I have no words.

I am absolutely gutted. Even though I never met Adam in person, I have been following Him from site to site for years, listened to his podcasts, watched his videos, even played in a fantasy basketball league with him. I felt like I knew him through all of that, and respected him more than most people in this world due to his professionalism, his resistance to complain or chase clicks, and respect the high school athlete announcing their own commitment instead of Adam breaking it himself. I listened to him and admired the way that he was so level-headed, loved the Buff community and the players. I was ready to have his back when the AZ beat reporter took a shot at him, when Uncle Neely took a shot at him and Brian. He felt like a brother, and I am thankful for the impact he had on my life from afar, and for his eternal resting place now. I am distraught over the pain that his loved ones are experiencing now, but that pain is a testament to the wonderful man that he was. All of you that knew Adam on a personal basis, I can't imagine the pain that you are feeling right now if I can feel this pain without meeting him. I'm praying for his family and friends and I pray that God will use Adam's memory to continue to do good in this world.

Stunned at Adam’s sudden passing. Thinking of his family and closest friends at this time. Gone much too soon.

I’m sick to my stomach.
I’ve subscribed to his sites and followed him since like 2008. I never met him but this hits me like a family or friend.
How tragic a life lost so young

Rest in peace. Weird sense of mourning for someone you never met but have known for over 20 years

This shouldn't be. With it actually being, the thing we have to do is to be there for Liz and those close to Adam. And to be there for one another.

Devastating. I never met Adam, but I’ve been on his site daily for 18 years. Rest in peace, you will be missed by many.

Horrible. RIP Adam. You didn’t know me personally but you’ve helped shape my buff fandom since the early days. May you rest in peace and may your family somehow find the strength to move forward. I can’t believe it.

My thoughts are with his family. So young and such a terrible loss for his wife and kids. It's wonderful to see how much support and love they have. They will need all of it as they navigate things moving forward. So sorry for their loss.

Adam was one of one! It’s hard being a Buffs fan. Without him, it’s going to be so much harder…

Damn this hits so hard. I’ve been following Adam for nearly 20 years. Loved his reporting and no nonsense style. He seemed so full of life even just a week ago. Taken far too young. Just in shock. RIP brother and my condolences to his family and close friends.

I loved Adams info about the buffs and the insight that he would give either about recruiting or a coaching search.
I enjoyed listening to the podcast as well, he will be missed R.I.P Adam
