The worst performance by a starting UNC backcourt EVER?

I am sure there have been worse performances, but it is as bad as I can remember.

4 of the 5 starters had off nights. Tough to win when that happens.

Tbf this is the worst backcourt UNC has had in a very long time, so this makes sense

tough night for dixon ... needed some of those shots to go down and he lacks the ability to finish in the paint, he really should consider playing off two feet luka's defense is so spotty ... it's hard to trust him, especially in physical matchups seth has to be better ... no other way to say it

Idk if you'll find them starting and going a combined 1 of 14 FGs and 0-9 from 3

Pretty sure we had a stretch in the 2nd half only down 3 where we had 6 possessions. Two turnovers and 4 missed 3s, 3 of them from Seth. Awful awareness and execution

Execution and shot selection on possessions when we were either m tied or within one score were generally awful last night.

Another Miami game was even worse. That season ended up a little better than I believe this one will.

First time Trimble hasn't recorded a FG this season, first time since the Notre Dame game in last year's ACC tourney.

I like Dixon but unfortunately he doesn’t have any speed or elite quickness.

I miss having a shooting guard who can actually shoot.

Probably not, because they couldn't get the ball past halfcourt.

Tough to see on paper and even worse to watch it.

Got to be a worse night in history that combines bad shooting with a bad A:T. They had 7 assists, 4 turnovers last night. UNC doesn't put turnovers or low shooting percentage in its official record books. I see an 11 TO game for Fogler, but not poor shooting to go with it. Will keep looking ...

How about the UNC-Michigan State game in 2017? Joel Berry and Kenny Williams were a combined 3-18 FG, 1-7 3FG, with 5:5 A:T ratio. The team shot 25% - 15-61 FG and 1-18 3FG - the worst team shooting performance in school history.

I was scrolling down to see how long it would take for someone to idiotically blame this on Hubert. It didn't take long. There are plenty of things that you can reasonably blame on a coach, this is not it. The internet really encourages people to make assinine comments when they have no idea what they're talking about.
