With the 2022 college football regular season in the books, the Big 12 announced its end of the year awards on Wednesday. TCU quarterback Max Duggan was named the Offensive Player of the Year, Kansas State defensive lineman Felix Anudike-Uzomah claimed Defensive Player of the Year, and TCU coach Sonny Dykes was named Coach of the Year.

Dykes and Duggan have the Horned Frogs as one of three remaining undefeated teams at this point in the season with a national championship on their mind. Duggan has thrown for 3,031 yards, 29 touchdowns and three interceptions with a completion rate of 66.6%. Dykes is in his first season in Fort Worth after leading SMU to a 30-18 record over the past five seasons.

Anudike-Uzomah, whom Duggan and TCU will face in the Big 12 Championship Game on Saturday, has been a terror for opposing quarterbacks this season. He leads the conference with 7.5 sacks per game in addition to 39 total tackles and two forced fumbles.
