Arizona State set to hire Los Angeles Rams assistant Ra'Shaad Samples

Arizona State is set to hire Los Angeles Rams running backs coach Ra’Shaad Samples as its wide receivers coach and pass game coordinator, sources tell On3.
It’s a big win for new ASU head coach Kenny Dillingham. Before being hired by the Rams in March, Samples was widely viewed as one of the top rising stars and recruiters in college coaching.

The 27-year old had been set to be the running backs coach and assistant coach under Sonny Dykes at TCU prior to accepting the job with the Rams. Samples previously spent three seasons under Dykes at SMU, including as a combination of running backs coach and assistant head coach last year.
Prior to accepting the job at Arizona State, Samples was on the radar for multiple other college jobs, including some coordinator interest.
