2025 DL Blake Belin commits to Georgia Tech, adds to Yellow Jackets Top 20 class
Bronx (NY) Cardinal Hayes 2025 defensive lineman Blake Belin announced his commitment to head coach Brent Key and Georgia Tech on Saturday.
The 6-foot-2, 280-pound Belin chose the Yellow Jackets over his other finalists in Duke, Syracuse, Virginia and Wake Forest.
“Georgia Tech was the place for me because it felt like home,” Belin said. “The people I will be playing with made me feel like I had known them forever. And the opportunity to go into every game with them for the next four years was one that I couldn’t pass up.”

Summer visit set the tone for Blake Belin and the Yellow Jackets
Belin took his official visit to Georgia Tech the weekend of June 7.
“The coaching staff as well as all the people I got the opportunity to meet were amazing and surpassed all the other schools I was given the opportunity to meet over this long process.
“Georgia Tech is an amazing school especially since I am undecided as to where I position myself academically. The opportunity to use their alumni network to help me in future endeavors is also a driving factor in my decision.”
On3 ranks Belin as the nation’s No. 43 defensive lineman. He becomes commitment No. 22 for the Yellow Jackets in the 2025 cycle.
Georgia Tech had On3’s No. 20 ranked class prior to Belin’s commitment.
