He started off as an offensive quality control assistant under Derek Mason and then shifted to the personnel and recruiting side last year after Clark Lea was hired as the Commodores’ coach. This was his first year as the team’s associate director of high school scouting after spending last year as a player personnel analyst.
Aided by Darden-Box, Vanderbilt is currently ranked 41st in the 2023 On3 Consensus Rankings.
He’ll be joining a Colorado personnel and recruiting staff that also includes Corey Phillips, who was hired as the Buffaloes’ director of player personnel after a year as an associate director of player personnel at LSU.
