The college football season has reached a month in, with the calendar now turning to October. Now, after a massive slate for Week 5, ‘ESPN’s College GameDay’ has announced where they’ll be in attendance for Week 6 on October 4th.

College GameDay has announced Tuscaloosa as its next stop this season. Alabama will host Vanderbilt in Week 6.

This season for the show was highlighted by the retirement of Lee Corso in Week 1. A month in, though, College GameDay has kept on with Rece Davis, Kirk Herbstreit, Nick Saban, Pat McAfee, and Desmond Howard.

College GameDay did not travel across the pond to start the season in Week 0. Since then, though, the show has made five stops already this fall at some of the biggest games and venues we’ve seen to this point. That includes Columbus for Ohio State’s win over Texas, Norman for Oklahoma’s win over Michigan, Knoxville for Georgia’s overtime win at Tennessee, Coral Gables for Miami’s in-state win over Florida, and University Park for a top-six matchup of Oregon vs. Penn State. That’s a pair of stops apiece in the Big Ten and the SEC and then the one in the ACC. It also currently has the show with a winning record in the city that they’ve traveled to in their game on that given Saturday.

Since Corso’s retirement at The ‘Show, GameDay has also brought back their celebrity guest pickers. This season’s set so far has included Trae Young (Oklahoma), Candace Parker (Tennessee), Matthew Tkachuk (Florida Panthers), and now Lavar Arrington (Penn State).

The season is entering its second month this next week as October begins with Week 6. With that, College GameDay has made it official in where they’ll be airing come kickoff next weekend.
