Four-star WR Brandon Bennett commits to Florida State

Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) American Heritage On3 Industry four-star receiver Brandon Bennett has committed to Florida State.

The coveted Sunshine State pass catcher was in Tallahassee over the weekend for his official visit. He also strongly considered Georgia, Florida and Miami among others.

Bennett becomes commit No. 11 for head coach Mike Norvell and his staff in the 2026 cycle. He adds to a class the On3 Industry previously ranked No. 19 nationally.

The On3 Industry pegs Bennett as the nation’s No. 42 receiver and No. 250 prospect overall. As a junior he turned 24 receptions into 509 yards and seven touchdowns, averaging 21.2 yards per catch. A big-play target, Bennett emerged as a national prospect as a sophomore catching 21 passes for 479 yards and five scores for one of the nation’s top prep programs.
