Top 10 offensive tackles in the final 2025 On300 rankings

The final 2025 On300 rankings for the class have been released, with the nation’s top offensive tackle recruits dotting the list.
In total, 23 future bookends made the top 300, down just slightly from the 25 in last year’s class and up from 22 in 2023. Notre Dame signee Will Black leads the way, as he has for much of the summer and fall, as the No. 1 tackle nationally.
Below are the top 10 tackles in the land heading to college this spring and summer:
1) Will Black – Notre Dame
Scouting Summary: “Highly coordinated athlete with the frame, balance and movement skills to develop into a premier left tackle. Measured in at 6-foot-7.5, 283 pounds with 34.25-inch arms and 9.75-inch hands at the On3 Elite Series prior to his senior season. New to football, picking up the game at the beginning of high school. Looks like a true top athlete in the combine setting, running an electronically timed 4.90 second 40-yard dash along with a shuttle in the 4.5 second range prior to his senior season. Plays with eye-popping bend for such a tall lineman. Gets low in his stance. Able to get underneath the pads of defenders and runs his feet to create a push. Plays with outstanding balance. Shows encouraging vision with the radar to identify defenders not in his direct line of sight. A smooth, light-footed mover in pass protection with the ability to redirect with ease. Drops his weight to anchor on contact. Will need to continue getting stronger in his upper body.”
2) Michael Fasusi – Oklahoma
Scouting Summary: “Hyper-physical offensive lineman who looks like the top pure run blocker at offensive tackle in the loaded 2025 cycle. Measured in at 6-foot-5, 299 pounds with 9.75-inch hands at the On3 Elite Series prior to his senior season. Has plus length for the position, with arms that measure 34 ⅞ inches. Has a barrel-chested build. Added significant size during the off-season between his sophomore and junior years. Spends most of his time as a left tackle, but has also played some on the right side. Has elite natural brute strength. A bull in the run game. Latches onto defensive linemen and keeps his feet moving on contact. Hands are loaded with dynamite. Stuns opposing defensive linemen on contact. Gets a considerable push at the point of attack. Plays with an edge and works to finish blocks with authority. Showed encouraging improvement on the field as a junior, adding play strength. A solid overall athlete with upside to continue improving as a pass protector. Can improve lateral agility and balance.”
3) David Sanders Jr. – Tennessee
Scouting Summary: “Twitchy, explosive jumbo athlete who has been one of the top offensive tackles for the entirety of the 2025 cycle. A two-way star for Providence Chrisitian in Charlotte as an offensive tackle and defensive lineman. Has a tall, lean frame, measuring in at 6-foot-5 ¾, 276 pounds with 33.5-inch arms and 9.5-inch hands at the On3 Elite Series prior to his senior season. Added over 25 pounds as a junior. Registers as a top athlete in the combine setting. Transfers that athleticism over to the field. An electric mover with considerable twitch. Explodes to the second level and moves effortlessly in space. Played much stronger than his lighter weight would suggest as a junior. Has developed upper body and core strength to plant defenders into the ground. Flashes some dominant tendencies as a drive blocker and finisher when engaged. Runs his feet on contact. Relatively advanced technically. Will need to continue adding mass and show he can maintain his top shelf athleticism and hold the weight well within his leaner, streamline frame. Length is solid, but not elite for the position. Physicality didn’t show up as much on film as a senior than it did as a junior. Older for the class, turning 18 years-old as a junior. Should he be able to hold weight and maintain his athleticism, projects as a top left tackle prospect with early round upside due to his elite movement skills.
4) Andrew Babalola – Michigan
Scouting Summary: “Immensely gifted offensive tackle who has the physical traits and athletic ability to develop into one of the top prospects at the position in the 2025 cycle. New to football, playing his first year of varsity action as a junior, previously being a basketball-first athlete. Measured in at over 6-foot-5, 295 pounds with 34 ⅜ inch arms prior to his senior season. Added around 20 pounds as a junior. A naturally flexible athlete. Has a flat back in his stance and plays low, sinking his hips to drive up through defenders. A strong functional mover. Moves well and shows light feet. Has good balance and shows a strong base, playing with his feet rooted in the ground. Shows surprising and borderline startling play strength for a developmental tackle. Consistently manhandles defensive linemen at the point of attack. Sustains blocks with his strong grip strength and often finishes with authority, planting defensive linemen in the dirt. Shows an encouraging level of physicality and nastiness. Will need to continue honing his overall technique, particularly in pass protection. Just scratching the surface of his considerable potential and could challenge as the top tackle in the 2025 cycle with continued development.”
5) Jackson Lloyd – Alabama
Scouting Summary: “Tall, nimble mover with an athletic profile that points to a high developmental upside at the position. Measured in at 6-foot-6 and around 280 pounds in the off-season after his junior season. Arms measure just over 33 inches. Lines up at left tackle for his high school team. An explosive mover. Fires off the snap and swallows up defensive linemen on contact. Light-footed and works to the second level with ease. Dominates subpar competition, often driving defenders out of the frame. Shows good initial movement in his pass set. Showed improvement in pass protection and his play strength as a senior. Has a high cut build and will need to continue improving his base, bend and balance. Also lines up at defensive tackle and dominates the level of competition on that side of the ball. Has a strong multi-sport background as a top high school player in both basketball and baseball. Shows his athleticism on the basketball court, averaging 15 points per game as a junior, flashing rare above-the-rim bounce and the ability to run the floor at his size. Length is below average for top offensive tackles. May need some time to adjust to the uptick in competition but athleticism and coordination point to an encouragingly high ceiling.”

6) Malachi Goodman – Penn State
Scouting Summary: “Big-framed offensive tackle prospect with a projectable combination of length, strength and balance. Measured in at 6-foot-5.5 and around 310 pounds as a senior. Has plus length with arms that measure over 34.5 inches with big 10.25-inch hands. Has lined up at both left and right tackle for his high school. Controlled in his movements. Shows the ability to maintain his base and mirror pass rushers. Good ability to redirect. Explosive when working as a run blocker. Bodies defenders at the point of attack. Improved finishing ability as a senior, resulting in some emphatic pancakes. Showed improved overall movement skills as a senior. Fared well when facing top competition. Also throws the shot put, with a personal best of 46-7.25 feet.Looks to be a solid, not elite athlete for the position and can improve lower body flexibility. Young for the cycle with a late birthday, turning 18 years-old in July prior to his first college football season. Young age and improvement point to a high developmental upside.”
7) Dramodd Odoms – SMU
Scout’s Take: “Going into the Navy All-American Bowl we had Dramodd Odoms circled as someone we really wanted to focus on. The SMU signee’s size is genuinely elite standing in at 6-foot-6, 300 pounds with freakishly long 35.5-inch arms and a 7-foot wingspan and he carries his 300 pounds perfectly. But one of the questions we had going into the week was just how balanced and under control can he play? We believed in the size, the movement skill and the tenacity… but could he play with proper balance and not lunge and lose control when attempting to block defenders? Odoms answered that question emphatically during the Navy All-American Bowl by abusing defenders the entire week. Whether it was in the run game or the passing game, Odoms was imposing his will on any defender who dared cross him. His ceiling is through the roof and has one the higher upsides of any offensive lineman in the cycle.” — Cody Bellaire, On3 National Scout
8) Zac Stascausky – Oregon
Scout’s Take: “With one of the highest floors of any offensive tackle in the 2025 cycle, the Oregon Ducks landed Zac Stascausky out of their own backyard. His violence and strain to finish blocks is elite. His film is littered with bodies being tossed out of the club or buried into the dirt in the run game and is extremely calm and composed as a pass blocker. His balance and ability to square up defenders allows him to create space in the run game consistently. He will need a year or so to physically develop his body into a college-ready blocker, but once he hits 300-pounds? He is going to become a staple along the Oregon offensive front.” — On3 National Scout Cody Bellaire
9) Lamont Rogers – Texas A&M
Scouting Summary: “Freakish physical talent along the offensive line with rare dimensions and athletic traits. Measured at nearly 6-foot-7, 310 pounds prior to his senior season. The longest top offensive lineman in the 2025 cycle with 35-inch arms to go with 10 5/8 inch hands. A sudden, twitchy athlete who shows his advanced movement skills on Friday nights. Lines up at left tackle for his high school team. Explodes off the snap and envelops defensive linemen on contact. Has been a vicious run blocker for the majority of his high school career. Is able to reach cornerbacks when blocking on perimeter screens. Showed marked improvement in pass protection as a senior, while playing some of the best competition in the state of Texas. A multi-sport athlete who doubles as a prolific basketball player in addition to playing soccer. Still needs to develop technically. Can stand to improve his lower body strength and flexibility. Should see improvement once he receives college coaching and gets in a Power 4 strength program. Has one of the higher upsides in the loaded 2025 offensive line cycle.”
10) Broderick Shull – Auburn
Scouting Summary: “Explosive, twitchy offensive tackle with high-level movement skills for the position. Measured in at around 6-foot-5.5, 275 pounds as a junior. Has plus length and big frame for the position with 34-inch arms and 10.5-inch hands. Transferred to Oklahoma powerhouse Bixby prior to his junior year, lining up at right tackle. Athleticism and twitch pop off the film. Fires out of his stance. Dangerous as a puller and when working to the second level. Capable to manipulate and turn defenders at the point of attack. Showed progress in his pass set technique as a senior. Moves laterally with ease and is able to mirror pass rushers. Looked more physical as a junior and will need to improve in that area to maximize his upside. Can also improve his balance. Combination of size and athleticism give him substantial upside if physicality improves.”
