Texas QB Arch Manning visits Austin children's hospital for event with Raising Cane's

Fresh off his best game of the 2025 season, Arch Manning gave back. The Texas QB visited an Austin area children’s hospital for an event in partnership with Raising Cane’s.

Manning was on hand Sunday at Dell Children’s Medical Center in Austin, where he held a meet-and-greet with patients and their families. He also handed out 150 iPads, along with Raising Cane’s backpacks and other gear. The company also made a $10,000 donation to the Miracle Children’s Foundation to help with the purchase of the iPads and other items, a spokesperson told On3.

Manning announced an NIL partnership with Raising Cane’s during the Manning Passing Academy this offseason. He starred in a commercial alongside his grandfather Archie and father Cooper, which also included LSU quarterback Garrett Nussmeier. Manning has a $5.5 million On3 NIL Valuation.

“Childhood cancer holds a special spot in my heart,” Manning said during his visit. “These kids are the real heroes. It was just a blessing to come out here and do anything I can to put a smile on their face.”

Raising Cane’s was one of a slew of deals Manning signed this offseason as he got ready to take over as Texas’ starting quarterback. He also inked notable partnerships with Warby Parker, Vuori, Uber and Red Bull as part of his growing portfolio.

The On3 NIL Valuation is calculated by combining Roster Value and personal NIL. Roster value is the value an athlete has by being a member of his or her team at his or her school, which factors into the role of NIL collectives. NIL in an athlete’s name, image and likeness and the value it could bring to regional and national brands.

Manning’s visit came after he put up his best numbers of the season in Texas’ victory over Sam Houston State on Saturday. He completed 18 of 21 passes for 309 yards and three touchdowns while also running in two scores on the ground to lead the Longhorns to the 55-0 victory.

Texas is now getting ready for its SEC opener this week against Florida. The conference announced kickoff will be Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET on either ESPN or ABC.
