LOS ANGELES — Twenty of the nation’s top quarterbacks will compete for the title of Elite 11 Finals MVP over the next three days.

One of the most coveted awards in recruiting, alumni include Andrew Luck, Trevor Lawrence, Matthew Stafford, Jameis Winston, Teddy Bridgewater, Tim Tebow, Vince Young, Justin Fields, Drake Maye and Caleb Williams.

Some athletes at the event are already able to monetize their NIL rights as high schoolers. Others will have to wait until they enroll in college. There’s little doubt the 20 quarterbacks will be flooded with endorsement deals at the next level.

Before competition begins, we’re breaking down the top 10 On3 NIL Valuations at the Elite 11 Finals.

1. Dylan Raiola

On3 Industry Ranking
: No. 1
Status: Committed to Georgia

The one time Ohio State commit opened his recruitment back up in December. After courting USC, Nebraska and Georgia, Dylan Raiola committed to the Bulldogs last month. The top-ranked prospect in his class, Raiola has the natural arm strength to put the ball wherever he wants on the field. He’s a major reason why the Dawgs rank No. 1 in the 2024 On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings. The 6-foot-2.5, 220-pound prospect is not slowing down, either, pushing hard to land a cast of highly-touted recruits. Adding Elite 11 MVP would only cement him as the top quarterback in his class. And while he can’t monetize his publicity rights in Arizona, he is well on his way to having a strong brand before he even steps foot in Athens.

2. Julian Sayin

: No. 16
Status: Committed to Alabama

Julian Sayin has been locked in to his Alabama commitment since this past November. The second-ranked quarterback in the 2024 behind Raiola, he will have a chance to prove his talents over the next three days. He completed 163 out of 245 passes (66.5%) for 2,708 yards this past fall at California’s Carlsbad High. While it has not been a focus, Sayin is able to turn a profit off his NIL as a high schooler. California is one of 29 states allowing high school athletes to ink endorsement deals. With a growing national profile, he will have the opportunity to sign his first brand deals during his senior season if he wants.

3. DJ Lagway

On3 Industry Ranking
: No. 29
Status: Committed to Florida

The No. 20 prospect in the nation, according to On3, has not let NIL play a factor in his recruitment. But making sure people have an understanding of who he is will be central to his NIL identity in college. A five-star quarterback committed to Florida, DJ Lagway has a strong arm and major upside. Coaches can easily envision Lagway making the tough throws look easy. It’s one of the reasons why he is still getting phone calls, despite committing to the Gators back in December. He’s worked closely with Baller Tribe on a documentary following his recruitment. Episode four of the series was released last month.

4. Jadyn Davis

: No. 33
Status: Committed to Michigan

Jadyn Davis started his high school career at Catawba Ridge High School in South Carolina. But he proved what he can do as a quarterback this last season. The four-star quarterback led North Carolina’s Providence Day School to a 12-1 record and passed for 3,425 yards and 43 touchdowns in 2022, completing 221-of-305 attempts (72.5%). He had six passing touchdowns in Providence Day School’s 55-13 win over Charlotte Christian School in the state final, avenging the team’s only regular-season loss. A Michigan commit, he feels that he has the opportunity to make a statement at Elite 11.

“I’m built for moments like this when people may doubt me,” he told On3’s Jeremy Johnson. “I’ve been doubted. This isn’t the first time and it isn’t the last time. I’m going in with a killer mentality and looking to compete.”

5. CJ Carr

: No. 45
Status: Committed to Notre Dame

CJ Carr has spent plenty of time in South Bend since pledging his commitment to Notre Dame over a year ago. The grandson of legendary Michigan coach Lloyd Carr, he picked the Fighting Irish over family tradition. Viewed as a class builder for Notre Dame, he was in town last weekend and has plans for an official visit the weekend of June 17. The four-star wants to learn this week in Los Angeles, but he has every intention of competing for Elite 11 MVP honors.

6. Air Noland

On3 Industry Ranking
: No. 41
Status: Committed to Ohio State

Ohio State has the No. 2 class in the country and the No. 1 class in the Big Ten. Air Noland has a lot to do with that. The four-star quarterback from Fairburn (Ga.) Langston Hughes committed to the Buckeyes in April. He’s played a crucial role helping recruit talent from the 2024 class to help build a special class in Columbus. The fifth-ranked quarterback in his class has a chance to show why he’s earning comparisons to Geno Smith this week.

“I think of a bright future for that specific class and the elite of the elite,” the lefty told On3’s Chad Simmons. “The best competition against the best, and I’m looking forward to competing against the best in the country.”

7. Elijah Brown

On3 Industry Ranking
: No. 63
On3 RPMStanford 91.1%, Arizona State 3.2%, UCLA 1.8%

A rising senior at Mater Dei, Elijah Brown threw for 2,785 yards and 31 touchdowns while completing 68% of his passes last season. The seventh-ranked quarterback in the nation has not wasted time making NIL dollars, either. The 6-foot-1.5, 197-pound recruit  launched a partnership with the health and beauty company Bevel in May, with Everest Talent Management serving as representation. Brown holds offers from nearly every West Coast Power 5 school, but On3’s National Recruiting Analyst Sam Spiegelman placed a prediction in April for Stanford to land the sixth-ranked recruit out of California.

8. Luke Kromenhoek

On3 NIL Valuation: $302K

On3 Industry Ranking
: No. 76
Status: Committed to Florida State

Luke Kromenhoek developed into one of the nation’s top prospects in 2022 after throwing for 2,576 yards and 24 touchdowns while completing 65% of his passes. Florida State was his first Division I offer. He committed to the Seminoles in March and shut down his recruitment for good in April. The 6-foot-3.5, 190-pound signal-caller is can run the ball and throw on the run well. A statement at Elite 11 could just be the start of a push about the recruiting rankings.

9. Ryan Puglisi

On3 NIL Valuation: $165K
Social Media Followers: 11.4K
On3 Industry Ranking
: No. 155
Status: Committed to Georgia

Locked in with the two-time national champions since October, many who haven’t even met the 6-foot-2.5, 200-pound quarterback just expected him to re-open his recruitment after Dylan Raiola committed to Georgia last month. That’s now how Ryan Puglisi operates. The four-star recruit will have his first chance to prove himself starting Wednesday night in Los Angeles. One of twenty quarterbacks competing, he’ll meet Raiola in person for the first time. While NIL did not factor into Puglisi’s decision, he heard all the financial pitches throughout his recruitment. The quarterback had significant interest in AlabamaBoston CollegeFlorida, Georgia, LSUMichigan State and Oklahoma.

10. Colin Hurley

On3 NIL Valuation: $117K
Social Media Followers: 23K
On3 Industry Ranking
: No. 268
Status: Committed to LSU

Ranked as the nation’s No. 15 quarterback and the No. 38 prospect in state of Florida, LSU reeled in Colin Hurley last fall as he reclassified from 2025 to 2024. He has been a major piece of the Tigers’ 2024 recruiting class ever since. He was in Baton Rouge last weekend unofficially to help recruit for the Tigers. And he will be back again June 23 when four-star defensive back Cai Bates and five-star wideout Cam Coleman make the trip. The youngest finalist at this year’s Elite 11, Hurley does not even turn 17 until next March. He’s just fine with that, though. He led Trinity Christian to its ninth Florida High School Athletic Association state championship as a 14 year old.

About the On3 NIL Valuation

The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets the standard market NIL value for high school and college athletes. A proprietary algorithm, the On3 NIL Valuation calculates an athlete’s NIL value using dynamic data points targeting three primary categories: performance, influence and exposure.

About On3 NIL Valuation, Brand Value, Roster Value

While the algorithm includes deal data, it does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals athletes have completed to date, nor does it set an athlete’s NIL valuation for their entire career. The On3 NIL Valuation calculates the optimized NIL opportunity for athletes relative to the overall NIL market and projects out to as long as 12 months into the future.

The On3 NIL Valuation accounts for an athlete’s roster value and brand value. Roster value is the value an athlete has by being a member of his or her team at his or her school, which factors into the role of NIL collectives. Brand value factors in an athlete’s personal brand and the value it could bring to regional and national brands outside of the scope of NIL collectives.

The On3 NIL Valuation is publicly available. Performance, Influence, and Exposure ratings along with the athlete’s personal Brand Value Index and Roster Value Index are available only to the athlete in the “Athlete Verified” private dashboard on the On3 Athlete Network.
