Miro Little has already made an international name for himself before entering college. A native of Finland, Little emerged as one of the country’s top basketball players. He played for Tampereen Pyrinto before moving to Helsinki Basketball Academy. He spent his senior year at Sunrise Christian Academy in Kansas. He became the younger player to make his Finnish national team debut since 1997 at the age of 17 at the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 European Qualifiers in February 2022. He is the son of La Trice Little and Kati Packalen. His parents both played hoops at DII Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, N.Y. Packalen is from Finland.
