2024 4-star WR Noreel White delays commitment
Ocean Springs (Miss.) St. Martin four-star wide receiver Noreel White originally planned to commit on Feb. 7. That will no longer happen, as White told On3 that he has decided to push back his announcement.
“I wasn’t able to take the visits for Junior Days I thought I was going to get to, so I need more time,” White said.
White previously announced a top four of Florida State, LSU, Mississippi State and Ole Miss. The 6-foot-0.5, 170-pound wideout has already visited each of his finalists, including the Rebels and Tigers multiple times. His most recent trip was to Ole Miss on Jan. 29.
“I’m going to take some visits in the spring and then see if I’m ready,” said White, the No. 222 overall prospect and No. 29 wide receiver in the 2024 On300.

White scheduled trips to Mississippi State and LSU for Jan. 21 and Jan. 23, respectively. Meanwhile, the four-star last visited Florida State on Oct. 1.
In mid-January, White shared with On3 that he had a “leader” for his commitment and it was “pretty close between two schools.” Now, he plans to take more time before revealing his college destination.
