Ohio State lands commitment from safety Khmari Bing
Baltimore (Md.) St. Frances safety Khmari Bing has committed to Ohio State. The former Maryland commit also considered Alabama and Indiana.
The 6-foot-2, 190-pound Bing becomes commit No. 22 for head coach Ryan Day and the Buckeyes, adding to a 2026 class the Rivals Industry previously ranked No. 9 nationally.
“Ohio State stands out because of the development, coaching, and exposure you get there,” Bing said. “It’s the kind of place that sets you up for success in football and in life.”
Bing took his official visit to Columbus for Ohio State’s win over Maryland.
“The environment inside The Shoe was electric,” Bing said. “The energy from the fans and team was unreal.
“What excites me most about Ohio State is the culture of hard work, development, and winning.
“It’s a special place, and I’d love to be part of that tradition.”
Now Bing is in the fold.
Ohio State offered Bing on Sept. 16 so things picked up quickly. He called them a “champion-chasing program.”
