NC State football releases depth chart ahead of Pop-Tarts Bowl

NC State football released its Pop-Tarts Bowl depth chart Thursday afternoon. The Wolfpack is riding a five-game winning streak that it closed the regular season on, including victories over four bowl-bound teams: Clemson, Miami, Virginia Tech and North Carolina.

Now, NC State will finish its season against Kansas State at the Pop-Tarts Bowl in Orlando, Fla., and it will be televised on ESPN. Here are the players expected to play in the two-deep against the Wildcats.

Key changes this week:

*** All transfer portal players have been removed from the depth chart.

*** Redshirt sophomore Sean Hill entered the depth chart at backup center, while freshman Rico Jackson is listed at backup left tackle. Freshman Zack Myers is now listed at backup free safety, and redshirt freshman Isaiah Crowell is at third-string nickel.

*** Freshman Isaiah Shirley is listed at backup tight end and third-string left end. He played at tight end in the Pack’s final two games of the season, and was the Scout Team Defensive Player of the Year.
