Oregon Basketball Forward Eric Williams Jr. Going Pro
Dana Altman will have his work cut out for him once again this offseason. His laundry list of things to do continues to get longer.
On Thursday, James Crepea of the Oregonian reported forward Eric Williams Jr. will not return for his ‘bonus year’ at Oregon. Williams was honored as one of three seniors with Will Richardson and Jacob Young.
This season Williams averaged 8.4 points and 4.6 rebounds in 33 games with 11 starts this season. He was in and out of the starting rotation as Dana Altman seemingly looked for answers to Oregon’s inconsistent season.

Earlier this week center Isaac Johnson entered the transfer portal.
Guard Will Richardson has yet to declare his intentions. He could return to Oregon for his ‘bonus year’ should he chose.
Oregon has three commitments in the 2022 class, two of which have signed. Five-star guard Dior Johnson and center Kel’el Ware figure to be big impact players for Dana Altman next season. Scoring-machine Brennan Rigsby has not signed but should be a big contributor as well.
