Purdue lands commitment from 2025 Texas three-star QB Sawyer Anderson
Sawyer Anderson is only going to be a junior in high school this fall. But, he’s already decided on where he wants to go to college: Purdue. The Dallas 2025 three-star quarterback committed to the Boilermakers today.
The 5-11, 170-pound Anderson, who plays at Parish Episcopal–the same school as 2024 Purdue pledge Caleb Mitchell--is Purdue’s second 2025 commitment, joining DeSoto, Texas, linebacker Keylan Abrams, who committed in June.
Purdue’s 2024 quarterback commitment also is from Texas: Marcos Davila.
A classic dual-threat signal-caller, Anderson had offers from Texas A&M, Ole Miss, N.C. State and Texas Tech, among other schools.
