Something that irked you about the recruiting process… “Something that irked me about the process was on how some coaches would put on a front and not be themselves.”
Why SMU… “SMU just feels like home and it’s nothing like putting on for my city in my city with coaches that’s gonna give me a chance.”

Reece committed to SMU on March 27, 2022 and will enroll on the Hilltop this spring. According to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies, Reece ranks as the No. 245 overall wide receiver in the nation and No. 252 overall prospect in Texas.
