2025 Port Neches (Texas) Port Neches-Groves OL Jackson Christian liked what he saw so much on Saturday April 13 in Austin that he came back to see practice on April 16. By then, he knew where he wanted to go.

Christian then committed to Texas on May 13, choosing the Longhorns over Texas A&M and Texas Tech.

“The atmosphere was pretty cool in there,” Christian said in April. “There was a lot of energy. I can see myself playing here and going here. We got to see the dorms and everything, they’re pretty nice. How (Kyle Flood) coaches is a big thing, and (Steve Sarkisian).”

Christian is ranked as the No. 409 overall prospect, the No. 41 interior offensive lineman, and the No. 75 player in Texas according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a proprietary algorithm that compiles ratings and rankings from all four primary recruiting media services

On3 ranks Christian as the No. 31 overall prospect and the No. 71 player in Texas.
