2026 Austin Westlake guard Bo Ogden, son of current Texas general manager and former forward Chris Ogden, has committed to Texas. Ogden chose Texas over Gonzaga, Purdue, Virginia, Tennessee, and Kansas.
Earlier this year, Rivals’ Jamie Shaw labeled Ogden as one of the top shooters in the 2026 class.
What makes Bo Ogden such an intriguing shooter is his constant movement. Having the positional size at 6-foot-6, he is comfortable knocking them down off movement or catch and shoot. Where Ogden developed his game this summer was with his handle, showing some interesting self-creation pieces. Playing with the ASAK Elite program on the Adidas 3SSB Circuit, Ogden shot a staggering 46.3 percent on 7.4 attempts per game.
Scouting report on Bo Ogden

With ASAK Elite on the 3SSB circuit, Ogden shot a blistering 46% from beyond the arc, making him one of Jamie Shaw’s best shooters in the entire 2026 class.
