Every week on the Inside Texas Members Only board, DuvalHorn puts together the weekly viewing options for the upcoming weekend’s college football slate. Sometimes it is on the board as early as Tuesday thanks to MACtion and Fun Belt games. But no matter what, the weekly TV schedule lets us know what’s coming during the weekend.

Here’s what’s on tap for conference championship week, with DuvalHorn’s own thoughts on the game.

Come talk about the games on Inside Texas!

As always, Central Time for the kickoffs.

Friday

Conference USA: Kennesaw State at Jacksonville State (6 PM, CBSSN) – Win or lose, successful season for Kennesaw State. Jacksonville State looks to keep it rolling.

Sun Belt: Troy at James Madison (6 PM, ESPN) – James Madison playing for an outside chance at the CFP

Mountain West: UNLV at Boise State (7 PM, Fox) – Kind of a shame New Mexico couldn’t make it in. UNLV looks to be a fixture here as long as Mullen is coach.

AAC: North Texas at Tulane (7 PM, ABC) – Two teams playing for the CFP with head coaches set to depart for greener pastures. The CFB calendar is wild.

Saturday

MAC: Miami (OH) vs. Western Michigan (Detroit, MI: 11 AM, ESPN) – The beauty of the MAC’s regionalism is that it is the one non-power conference in CFB which can still get away with having a neutral-site championship game.

Big 12: BYU vs. Texas Tech (Arlington, TX: 11 AM, ABC) – Bubble teams rooting for Tech to blow out BYU.

SEC: Georgia vs. Alabama (Atlanta, GA: 3 PM, ABC) – All that parity in the SEC and it still comes down to Georgia and Alabama.

Big Ten: Indiana vs. Ohio State (7 PM, Fox) – A 1 vs. 2 matchup that doesn’t have the sizzle it used to.

ACC: Duke vs. Virginia (Charlotte, NC: 7 PM, ABC) – The ultimate “wait, this isn’t the basketball championship?” game. Duke win opens up a second G5 team to make the CFP.
