ITYT: Questions for Texas coordinators, intriguing position battles, and more preseason storylines

In a Monday Livestream on the Inside Texas Football YouTube channel, Joe Cook and Ian Boyd discussed a host of topics as the Longhorns inch closer and closer to football with the start of training camp on Wednesday.

Texas coordinators Pete Kwiatkowski, Kyle Flood, and Jeff Banks will be available to the media on Tuesday, and Cook and Boyd discussed what questions they might want to ask Steve Sarkisian’s top lieutenants. Earning an honest answer from Kwiatkowski on the pass rush and working with new coaches is what Boyd is looking for. Cook wants to know what it’s like for Flood returning four starters. With Banks, all are curious about the new punter.

Continued discussion of Kwiatkowski follows, including the wealth of talent he has at his position. The way talents like Trey Moore, Ethan Burke, and Colin Simmons can affect defenses are poured over.
