Texas at Georgia will kick off at 6:30 p.m. on ABC on November 15. It will be the Longhorns’ first ever trip to Sanford Stadium on the campus of the University of Georgia. Previous matchups were either bowl games, in Austin, or the 2024 SEC Championship.

Texas will enter at 7-2 and 4-1 in the SEC. Georgia will have to battle Mississippi State in Starkville the week prior to the matchup with the Longhorns. The Bulldogs are currently 7-1 with a 5-1 record in SEC play.

Last year, Texas lost both of its games with Georgia. The Bulldogs won 30-15 in Austin in October, issuing the Longhorns their first loss of the season. Then in the SEC Championship, Georgia won 22-19 in overtime.

The Bulldogs won their most recent outing in a 24-20 win over the Florida Gators in Jacksonville, Fla. Quarterback Gunner Stockton was 20-for-29 for 223 yards and two touchdowns plus one interception. Chauncey Bowens was Georgia’s leading rusher with nine carries for 70 yards and one score. Zachariah Branch had 112 receiving yards while Dillon Bell and Noah Thomas each had touchdown receptions.
