Every week on the Inside Texas Members Only board, DuvalHorn puts together the weekly viewing options for the upcoming weekend’s college football slate. Sometimes it is on the board as early as Tuesday thanks to MACtion, Fun Belt, and Weekday CUSA games. But no matter what, the weekly TV schedule lets us know what’s coming during the weekend.

Here’s what’s on tap for week eight, with DuvalHorn’s own thoughts on the game.

Come talk about the games on Inside Texas!

As always, Central Time for the kickoffs.

Friday

Louisville at Miami (Fla.) (6 PM, ESPN) – Once upon a time, this would have been a Big East matchup. Time slot still fits.

Nebraska at Minnesota (7 PM, Fox) – Can Nebraska stave off a letdown after last week’s big comeback?

UNC at California (9:30 PM, ESPN) – Chapel Bill insists he’s not looking for an out. What if JKS and Cal win by 40?

Saturday

Georgia Tech at Duke (11 AM, ESPN) – Duke looking much steadier in the last few weeks.

Washington at Michigan (11 AM, Fox) – Demond Williams gets another chance to announce himself on a big stage.

LSU at Vanderbilt (11 AM, ABC) – Blake Baker’s gameplan for Pavia could be instructive.

Oklahoma at South Carolina (11:45 AM, SECN) – Red River Letdown or bounceback?

Ole Miss at Georgia (2:30 PM, ABC) – Everyone thought Ole Miss missed their window last year. What if it was actually this year?

Texas A&M at Arkansas (2:30 PM, ESPN) – Finally, this “road” game is actually being played in Arkansas. What does Petrino have cooked up?

Texas Tech at Arizona State (3 PM, Fox) – Another potential Big 12 title game preview.

Mississippi State at Florida (3:15, SECN) – A ghost of a loss past, and a preview of next week’s opponent.

Texas at Kentucky (6 PM, ESPN)

USC at Notre Dame (6:30 PM, NBC) – Surely this rivalry won’t actually end, right?

Tennessee at Alabama (6:30 PM, ABC) – Tennessee looks like it was hitting its stride; Alabama certainly has hit theirs.

Holy War: Utah at BYU (7 PM, Fox) – Always an underrated rivalry in terms of hatred.

Florida State at Stanford (9:30 PM, ESPN) – Not a game the Seminoles can sleepwalk through unless they want Norvell to James Franklin himself.
