Texas loses one of its 2015 running back pledges today when South Oak Cliff speedster Jordan Stevenson de-committed via his Twitter account. He’s been flirting with Wisconsin for a few months now and even took an official visit to Madison last month.

This isn’t a huge loss for the Longhorns and all you have to do is look at the future stable of tailbacks to see why. To open 2015, UT will play redshirt freshamn Duke Catalon, current senior commits, Kirk Johnson (CA) and Tristan Houston (TX) will be on the roster and, from a recruiting standpoint, are in good standing with prospects from the class of 2015 in 4-star Army All-American’s Chris Warren (Rockwall) and Nic Brossette (LSU commit, LA).
