Davis picked up his offer on October 20 when Mark Orphey reached out to the Rocky Mountain star. He made a trip to Texas late in the season after Fairview’s playoff run, and ultimately chose the Longhorns.

A 6-foot-2, 190-pounder, Davis’ highlights show him playing a significant amount of deep safety, reading and reacting to a variety of passing concepts. He also plays on offense for Fairview, lining up at receiver and wing back.

He joins a defensive back class that features Hayward Howard, Yaheim Riley, and Samari Matthews.

Davis is ranked as the No. 372 overall prospect, the No. 33 safety, and the No. 4 player in Colorado in the Rivals Industry Ranking. Rivals ranks Davis as the No. 150 overall prospect, the No. 13 safety, and the No. 1 player in Colorado.
