Texas Lands Seton Hall Outfield Transfer Aiden Robbins
The Texas Longhorns are looking to improve on a disappointing end to the 2025 season, and Jim Schlossnagle just added a potential piece to help extend the 2026 postseason run. Seton Hall outfielder Aiden Robbins has committed to Texas. Robbins hit .422 in 53 games with an eye popping 86 hits and 20 steals. He is ranked as the No. 98 player in the portal per 64 Analytics.

He figures to be a potential day one starter in the outfield with an elite defensive glove (no errors in 2025), and a bat that will look to hit for average as opposed to power while adding speed to the basepaths.

The interesting part of this addition is that this is the 2nd outfield transfer Texas has picked up in the portal, joining Butler’s Jack Moroknek. Texas is looking to add depth in the outfield after losing Tommy Farmer IV to the portal and Max Belyeu most likely to the draft.
