The fact that Michigan named Biff Poggi as interim head coach indicates the Wolverines plan to play the Longhorns in the upcoming Cheez-It Citrus Bowl matchup. However, because Sherrone Moore was fired for cause, the Wolverines are without an offensive play-caller.
