Arch Manning, QB
“Yeah, lots to work on. I thought I was sloppy, for my part. You can’t turn the ball over in the red area. I kind of made some throws where their defense had a chance to pick, which they didn’t, so I have to play better all around.
“Parker (Livingstone) is a player. He’s been a touchdown machine lately. I feel like we have a good connection. It’s only going to grow.”
“(Sark) just reminds me to be me, go out there and play, and flush a play if it’s bad one.”
“I thought I made plays when they were there, got my guys involved a little bit more.”
CJ Baxter, RB
“Just doing everything we do leading up to the game. From the Bevo walk, to entering the stadium, I soaked it in. The last time I played at DKR was November of 2023 against (Texas) Tech. That’s a long time. So, I’m extremely thankful and grateful to play in front of our amazing fans.”
“You would’ve thought he was playing today with the amount of energy he brought.” – on RB Tre Wisner, who missed the game due to injury
“As a runner, that’s one of the worst things you can do, to fumble. I said ‘look at the reason you fumble and fix it. Don’t let it happen again.” on his message to RB Jerrick Gibson

Jack Endries, TE
“The (tight ends) are all young. In years to come, they’ll be really good. Everyone is so young. Spencer (Shannon) and Jordan (Washington) played a little bit last year, Nick (Townsend) and Emaree (Winston) are going to be amazing coming up. But they’ve never played before. I told Nick to just go hit someone and the next play, he lays someone out. It was great.”
Ethan Burke, EDGE
“I thought it was fine, they were getting the ball out quick. It was a fun game though. I enjoyed cheering on my teammates when they got in at the end of the game.”
“I think there was two back-to-back series where he got off the field on the first play. Then another series we got off the field on the second play. We were rolling for a little bit. Just excited to be back here with the fans, my teammates, and we’re creating turnovers and doing our job well.”
Michael Taaffe, DB
“This game was really exciting.”
“Colin (Simmons) is such a gamer that it’s more of an encouragement to him. He’s a great leader, great teammate, and we need him.” On Simmons multiple penalties
