It’s that time again—high school football season is in full swing, and Texas fans can follow the future Longhorns every week under the lights. The 2026 and 2027 Texas commits are set for action across the country starting tonight, with games continuing Friday and Saturday. Here’s a quick look at where each commit will be playing.

Thursday, August 21

Vodney Cleveland (DL, 2026) – Parker High School (Birmingham, AL) vs. Ramsay (Birmingham, AL)

Dylan Berymon (DL, 2026) – Ouachita Parish (Monroe, LA) vs. Parkway (Bossier City, LA)

Friday, August 22

Dia Bell (QB, 2026) – American Heritage (Plantation, FL) vs. St. Joseph’s Prep School (Philadelphia, PA). American Heritage, the No. 9 team in the nation, faces No. 16 St. Joseph’s Prep in a big-time national matchup.

Tyler Atkinson (LB, 2026) – Grayson High School (Loganville, GA) vs. Rabun Gap-Nacoochee (Rabun Gap, GA)

Richard Wesley (EDGE, 2026) – Sierra Canyon (Chatsworth, CA) vs. JSerra Catholic (San Juan Capistrano, CA)

Samari Matthews (CB, 2026) – William Amos Hough High School (Cornelius, NC) vs. South Pointe (Rock Hill, SC)

Jake Collett (K, 2026) – Heritage High School (Ringgold, GA) vs. Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe (Fort Oglethorpe, GA)

Taven Epps (EDGE, 2027) – Tustin High School (Tustin, CA) vs. San Clemente (San Clemente, CA)

Saturday, August 23

Derrek Cooper (RB, 2026) – Chaminade-Madonna Prep (Hollywood, FL) vs. St. Frances Academy (Baltimore, MD). Chaminade-Madonna Prep, ranked No. 8 in the nation, takes on No. 5 St. Frances Academy in another big-time national showdown.

James Johnson (DL, 2026) – Northwestern Bulls (Miami, FL) vs. Orange Lutheran (Orange, CA)
