The 6-foot, 175-pound defensive back holds 10 offers. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, the in-state Vanderbilt has the early lead to land a commitment from Morgan at 47.2%. Alabama comes in at a close second place at 41.3% odds.

RPM was released to the public in December 2021. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

USC’s 2025 class

USC holds one commitment in the 2025 class in Oxford (Ala.) Thompson four-star safety Anquon Fegans.

Fegans is the No. 30 overall prospect and No. 2 safety in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also ranked as the No. 4 player in Alabama.
