Humble (Tex.) Atascocita four-star running back Tory Blaylock received an offer from USC on Friday. He announced the news over social media.

Blaylock is the No. 153 overall prospect and No. 13 running back in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 27 player in Texas.

Blaylock happens to be teammates with 2024 USC safety commit Braylon Conley.

The offer comes just one month after Blaylock released a top list. On that list was Ohio State, Texas A&M, Alabama, Texas, Tennessee, Florida State, Wisconsin, Miami, Oregon, Georgia, Notre Dame, and Penn State.

Blaylock holds offers from Texas A&M, Texas, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Alabama, TCU, Tennessee, Georgia, Miami, Auburn, Penn State, Notre Dame, Florida State, Oklahoma State, Kentucky, Colorado, Baylor, SMU, UCF, Nebraska, Texas Tech, UTSA, Arizona State, Sam Houston State, Houston, Michigan State, Wisconsin, Missouri, Ole Miss, Texas State, Incarnate Word, Louisiana Tech, UNLV, Stephen F. Austin, Southern, Colorado State, Vanderbilt, and Duke.

On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine on Blaylock

The 5-foot-11, 175-pound running back holds 41 offers. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, the in-state Texas A&M has the current lead to land a commitment from Blaylock at 32.6%. Texas comes in at second place at 17.3% odds.

RPM was released to the public in December 2021. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

Blaylock has an On3 NIL Valuation of $50K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

OTHER: Julian Lewis the youngest football player ever to be on the cover of Sports Illustrated

Even prior to his August 22 commitment to USC, Julian Lewis was among the hottest of topics in the football recruiting world. After all, he is the No. 1 ranked prospect in the class of 2026. But after today, Lewis won’t just be talked about in the recruiting world, but instead just the *sports* world.

As of this morning, Julian ‘JuJu’ Lewis became the youngest football player ever to don the cover of Sports Illustrated.

His feature comes as part of SI’s ‘The Money Issue’, which focuses on some of the biggest names in the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) space. Some of the other names involved are LSU star gymnast Olivia Dunne, LSU women’s basketball star Angel Reese, and Michigan running back Blake Corum. Lewis’ story was written by Brian Burnsed
