Following USC’s most recent prospect camp in Los Angeles, a new offer has been dished out to very young, but very massive offensive lineman. Lincoln Riley and staff have offered 2026 San Francisco (Cal.) Archbishop Riordan offensive lineman Tommy Tofi.

At only 15-years old, Tofi is quite a sight as he measures in at 6-foot-7, 330 pounds. It’s not often you see a rising sophomore with that kind of size. And given that USC offered, he knows what he is doing and is able to handle his body. I would expect he grows into his body even more with time. There is no telling what size he could end up in 2-3 years.

“After a great time at the USC camp, honored to say I’ve received an offer from USC. Thank you to Coach Lincoln Riley, Coach Henson, and staff for this amazing opportunity

Tofi has gotten some early attention on the recruiting trail. He holds offers from California, Stanford, Oregon, Nebraska, Utah, Hawaii, Washington, Washington State, BYU, and Arizona.

He is becoming a hot commodity on the west coast.

On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine

The 6-foot-7, 330-pounder holds 11 offers. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, California currently has the lead to land a commitment from Tofi at 62.4%. Although as a 2026 prospect, predicting where he may end up is a bit premature.

RPM was released to the public in December 2021. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

On3 NIL Valuation

Tofi has an On3 NIL Valuation of $8.6K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time

ICYMI: The 2024 class for USC

To date, the 12 commitments in the 2024 class are Clearwater (Fla.) Academy International four-star interior offensive lineman Jason Zandamela, Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco four-star cornerback Marcelles Williams, Hiram (Ga.) four-star tight end Walter Matthews, Gardena (Calif.) Junipero Serra four-star cornerback Dakoda Fields, Los Angeles (Cal.) Sierra Canyon four-star Xavier Jordan, Atlanta (Ga.) Washington four-star EDGE Kameryn Fountain, Lake Oswego (Ore.) Lakeridge four-star tight end Joey Olsen, Modesto (Calif.) Central Catholic four-star offensive tackle Manesse Itete, Clearwater (Fla.) four-star safety Jarvis Boatwright Jr., McKinney (Tex.) three-star running back Bryan Jackson, Clearwater (Fla.) four-star safety Jarvis Boatwright Jr. and Englewood (CO) Cherry Creek three-star offensive lineman Hayden Treter.

Also, as of right now, there are more than a dozen prospects in the class of 2024 who are currently favored in the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine to land with USC. A good portion of them have visited or are scheduled to officially visit this summer.

The Trojans are set to host more than 30 official visitors in the month of June, primarily scheduled for two major visit weekends. The staff will hope for similar success as last cycle when they landed 10+ of their June official visitors.

USC finished the 2023 class ranked inside the top-10 and Lincoln Riley and staff have started off on the right foot with an opportunity to repeat that feat in the 2024 class.
