Where USC's 2024 class ranks in Industry Team Rankings following commitment of Isaiah Rubin

Friday afternoon, USC landed their first commitment in the class of 2024 since July. 2024 cornerback Isaiah Rubin out of Los Alamitos (Calif.) announced his pledge in a ceremony at his school.

Rubin is the No. 495 overall prospect and No. 50 cornerback in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 38 player in California. 

Rubin becomes the 16th commitment in the class for USC. The class has 10-four star prospects and six three-stars.

With 16 commitments in the fold, USC is ranked No. 18 in the 2024 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings. The current class is sitting at a class score of 90.270.

USC is sitting at No. 12 in the country in average prospect rating. The Trojans have an average commit rating of 90.32

Washington four-star EDGE Kameryn Fountain, Lake Oswego (Ore.) Lakeridge four-star tight end Joey Olsen, Clearwater (Fla.) four-star safety Jarvis Boatwright Jr., McKinney (Tex.) three-star running back Bryan Jackson, Clearwater (Fla.) four-star safety Jarvis Boatwright Jr, Landisville (PA) Hempfield three-star defensive lineman Deyvid Palepale, and Englewood (CO) Cherry Creek three-star offensive lineman Hayden Treter.

USC comes in at No. 5 in the BIG 10 rankings. They remain behind Ohio State, Oregon, Penn State, and Michigan.

With a score of 90.259, the Trojans are just behind Michigan, which has a score of 91.042. 

USC is third in the Big 10 in average prospect rating.
