Not good for Wheeler. If he and Nola are shot, Phils will be in trouble. Hopefully just the annual Phillies crap start to the season.

On the bright side, Phillies hitters only struck out four times yesterday. On the dark side, making contact didn't translate into good offensive production.

ok. This is a good time to post this, after the smooth, balanced and typically almost perfectly done defensive play to start that dp:

ranger is the best fielding pitcher I think I’ve ever seen.

he will get the gg this year if he is healthy.

Wow. Awesome effort by Ranger. Thursday is a day off but the next scheduled day off isn't until May 2nd. The bullpen needs to be fresh going into that two week run. Tonight helps that.

Also, game length of 2:07. Nice....

Took my son down to the game last night. We were walking out right when Soto exploded and allowed those runs in the eighth, so we didn’t get the head start on traffic I was hoping for to get back to Harrisburg, but overall, it was a great night.

Little man is starting to really get into the Phils. We had a fun time.

I just want the fightins to hang close to the Braves. They always seem to hit and the bats wake up once it gets warmer outside usually mid May. Braves on a good win streak with the Phils and Mets hanging close matching them.
