If I recall correctly, Robbinsville never beat Murphy one single time from midget ball through high school ball in any game Gaige played in. The three times that that particular Robbinsville group did beat Murphy during those years (once in that extra JV game in 2011 and two times in 2014), Gaige didn’t play in any of those three games. I’d say that pretty much tells us all we need to know about this little debate.

As for the Cox vs Galaviz debate, both were great backs. For you to flat out say that Cox wasn’t great is about the most ignorant thing I have ever seen you post, and believe you me, I have a lot to choose from!

Good to see you post nole, been a long time, hope you're doing well. Extra JV game Robbinsville beat Murphy in was with Deion Johnson, Ty Wiley and Bradley Puccio playing up on varsity all season. They had moved Roberts up too preseason but he quit.

That Murphy class at the start was absolutely loaded at the skill positions, about as loaded as any you'll ever see come out of this conference. Robbinsville was better upfront but if QB Michael Curry hadn't transferred to Georgia for baseball after the '12 season then we wouldn't even be having this conversation. I think Murphy would've won those games even without Cox had they had Curry at QB.

He was very good but I wouldn't say great, if you think that's ignorant that's fine. I just dont use the word GREAT as liberally as some of you apparently do.

There have been a lot of good and very good backs come through this conference but I wouldn't use the adjective "great" on just any of them. Odom, that was a great back. P4P Anderson was a great back.
