I spent a good amount of time crunching the numbers myself and I'm pretty sure Washington Post miscalculated somewhere. I ended up having the same pod results as FLS Varsity with Forest Park and Riverbend tied at 266 points for the 7th and 8th seedings. According to FLS Varsity Forest Park beat Riverbend head to head so they get the higher 7th seed.
