More positive momentum coming on the heels of Himes. Maybe things are turning. Always tricky when you're being asked to carry on the legacy of your dad at the school he made a name for himself. Could be a positive and or an issue with the pressure of following in dad's footsteps. Let's hope he wants to continue the Setonia legacy. Just good to be in the conversation and seeing the Pirate halo on the upward trajectory rather than as dead man walking in college hoops.

being last visit is huge.

one of my favorite shu hoops scenes featured his Dad. it was the 91 BET finals vs georgetown featuring mourning and mutumbo. dehere got knocked down along the baseline you could see mourning standing over him, thinking of stepping over (or on) him rather than walking around him. and in the background, Anthony Avent is watching him, with a look saying "dont even think of disrespecting my teammate". i bet i missed that live, but i taped the game and watched it 50 times

The competition on that list seems very beatable with the exception of Michigan State and the Great Izzo. But who knows where the kid stacks up in their plans. So all signs pointing positive between this list, Dan's comment last week and the obvious "in" we have with the connection to the Dad.
