You need a 2 guard and small (3) forward who can knock down the 3. In addition a 4 power forward who can rebound, attack the glass and shoot a 5 to 10 foot jumper. Get that done and you compete better against the top 3 in the BE this year who are all reloading as I write this. Stand pat and we are done next year and relegated back to the middle of the pack or lower..

No one who was lower in the standing is standing pat. Everyone will be looking to reload and rebuild into a better team. Got to build on this year and reload more so than the other teams. In addition to transfers we need to bring in another stud freshman or 2. Could we also have an integrated team for once? We are not an HBC so why do we recruit like one? Anyone else notice this?

We’re starting from a good place if we can retain BUDD and Hines, PG and center are the hardest positions to find quality players (ie most expensive). After that everyone knows where we need to add.

You need a legit 4 that can board and another combo forward of high effectiveness

It's good enough to do your best to have him back.

I posted about 7-10 days ago on the Trove that IMO if I had to criticize Holloway this year I would start off by noting his failure to play Dar. Who I considered from the first time I saw him a decent rotation player who could help us score and certainly was an excellent defender.

I have been harsh on Clark lately. Honestly showed a lot of heart and hustle and big reason we got back last night.

Retain him, but he can’t be the guy we heavily rely on. I just think his lack of size and inability to deal with the better physical teams has limited us to take that next step and that’s not all his fault.

I do think it would be really good if we retain Hines, Clark, and Parker if that is possible.

I hear dar is a senior but the last two games is something we’ve seen the limited time he got all season. I would love him back too if he has a 5th year option, but Hines, and Parker bring the future and Clark needed leadership and experience.
