Anyone else catch the 1992 game against VT? Last second TD by RU to win by one, 50-49!
Probably older than some of the posters here, but a lot of names that showed the level of recruiting at the time. What a game.

I have seen it a few times.
When fans were shown the lack of the scarlet color was striking.

Most people did wear Rutgers gear but wearing Scarlet wasn't a thing back then.
Was at that game. Still could leave and return in those days, like I needed a couple more beers at halftime! 🍺😂

That game is always a bad memory for me seeing as our tailgating crew decided to bail early. We caught the final play on the radio on the way home and were dumbfounded. ☹️

When it comes to casual wear, scarlet and red are not the most popular colors.

Left when we were a couple of tds down. Had to pick up my grand kids in Milltown. Listened to it on radio until the end. Saw the ending a dozen times since 1992.

Was there. Weather sucked and wanted to get out drinking. Left when we were a few TDs down. Couldn't believe the comeback.
