I wis he woud come back to WVU but I think he will be a full time NBA head coach even if he doesn't get retained by the Celtics. But the Celtics are loaded so it shouldn't take a whole lot of effort to make a run with that team.

Pro coaches don't have to spend time recruiting. I'd think that is a big plus.
