How is Rutgers doing this? "They have a very personable staff. Also the kids talk a lot about their academic programs and what they are able to offer away from football.. . . . You come out to the state of Michigan ...and beat Michigan State and schools like that for an offensive lineman like N-Kye Wynn in early June, that is a show of where this program is headed and how they are able to show that to recruits."
