The payed eight from '25-'-41. nine from '42-'65, and only more than ten thereafter. And of their contests with high schools in the early part of the 20th Century , three ended in ties.

Some coaching friends and I were discussing this earlier. It’s a shame because he’s done such a good job there but he just didn’t have the dynamic quarterback that it takes to be successful with that offense. You can’t really recruit the big offensive and defensive lineman, or the skilled receivers and defensive backs, so you have to play the system that they play. And when you don’t have the quarterback to make plays for you, it’s really tough.Ken Niumatalolo out as Navy football coach
