Two Decks of the Day

Notice the gappage on the deck's fence.

This morning, Mrs. Seshomoru gave birth to a beautiful baby deck. It's 15'x15' with benches on the side.

here is minimal at best. The UK fans are barely aware they have a fantastic deck, they're too busy talking about how spectacular their porch is going to be.

Robert Khyat was the mastermind behind the funding, building and eventual collapse of the deck. He controls the National and Southeastern Collegiate Deck Associations. As long as he controls these entities MSU will never be able to build a championship deck.

MSU never should have hired someone to build a deck who advertises in the Clarion-Ledger.

Lagbolting will be Aaron Feld's bread and butter. And he's really, really good at it. Consider that the normal college lagbolter's time is .72 to .74 of a second. Well, Aaron's got that easily beat as a high school senior.

"I lagbolt a consistent .68. I have one speed and that speed is hard," said Aaron.

The new breed of Deck help is on the way.

until deck builders at other schools began to figure it out. We then ran out of the type of deck builders we needed to implement our scheme, so we had to bring in juco deck builders and that's when the real collapse began.

since the deck obviously failed to live up to its responsibility to the university, what action do we take?

Do we suspend the deck for the rest of the season?
Do we kick the deck off the team permanently?
Do we make the deck run laps?
Or, has the legal system worked in this instance?

We all know sometimes these young deck boards don't measure up. But we can't toss them all out of the deck. What if they end up in the floor of a crackhouse? If we'd kept them, they would have a better chance of being a supportive plank in society. Who are we to judge?

We need a gazebo.

Instructions to build a gazebo:
1. Gather Polk beams sitting around the side of your deck doing absolutely nothing but rotting away (which could invite termites and ruin the deck).
2. Saw off rough edges of Polk beams and whittle them into Kentucky Cohen beams (similar to Polk beams, but without all the NCAA stress and unncessary ********).
3. Assemble Cohen beams on top of deck so as to be the focal point of the deck.
4. Be grateful for Polk beams that allowed Cohen beams to be formed, but be happy that they were converted into something else before completely rotting away.

When our deck builder stayed on the Hattiesburg deck too long, they used campus police to escort him off.

Deck29.

Here's a paraphrase:

"We decks really don't give a damn about what people like you say on this thing."

"The people that mean something to us are the ones that come to the games and get behind us no matter how good or bad we are doing."

"We all read this board and when we get back together and start staying upright and uncollapsed, I'm sure we'll see you post on here on how stable and secure we are and how proud you are to be a bulldog deck-user."

He called me a disgrace to the whole deck community.

"Us decks work really hard every day to be the best we can be and we are pretty damn good and we will make something of this space utilization."

"I'm pretty sure if you were smart and knew your stuff you could figure out who this is, but I really don't care."

End of Message.

We Ole Miss fans can sympathize with your current Fall deck building prowess. Just as you had your great deck builders of late 90's, Elisha, the third son of our greatest deck builder, Archibald, constructed a great deck for our school in 2003. Sure, in the initial construction stages, Elisha's deck was outdone by decks from Memphis and Texas Tech but that was before our other deck builders came together as a team to help Elisha. Elisha's 2003 deck would only lose to one more deck, the supreme deck of that season. LSU.

We fans were told that Elisha had passed his deck building knowledge on to a much less celebrated deck builder, Spurlock. And that Spurlock was ready to continue this renewed deck building success. Alas, Spurlock was not to be one hundredth the deck builder that Elisha was. We are again searching for that new deck builder to build us a good deck again. Hope springs are eternal and after all, Archibald does have a grandson that is out of diapers now...

Big conference deck series this weekend. Everyone start to concentrate RIGHT NOW and be positive so the boards will feed off our positive energy.

getting their hopes up about a new deck being imported are sorely mistaken. I've got inside sources that confirm our next deck will be built with boards that are currently part of the collapsed deck. And even that deck won't be built until the collapsed one decides it's time to step aside and rot on it's own terms.

shirts for the first 10 people at the game Saturday.

Actually, that would be a funny shirt.

Edited to add: If they're Maroon, I'm not wearing it. It's too hot for my fragile out of shape old sweaty ***.

I thought Croom said we wouldn't be reading about our decks in the paper for stuff like this. Looks like this deck is on its way to joining all our other decks in the clink.
