So, now we finally get a chance to see what the season may look like moving forward. Now the reload/relaunch will be on a bigger stage.

Obviously, going 0-3 would be a disaster. I believe going 2-1 or even 1-2 if competitive would be a good sign. I can see a close game with NC State that can go either way. After that??

No clue. Maybe NC State wins by 25 and our roster looks over matched.

Maybe our big men dominate, our defense plays well and a shooter or two get hot and we look balanced and win.

I don't think 0-3 would be a disaster; a disappointment, yes, but not a disaster. Losses to Rutgers and Central Connecticut would be a disaster,

In my view three of the four best teams in the field are in our half of the draw and we're arguably ahead of Arizona State who looks to best the second best team, other than Texas, in the bottom half of the bracket.

It'd be nice to get two wins and avoid playing Chaminade. Going 1-2 and avoiding Chaminade is bare minimum to skirt a dreadful trip.

0-3 disaster
1-2 realistic while being competitive
2-1 great
3-0 pop champagne
Going 3-0 is great, going 0-3 is a failure.

2-1 and 1-2 is dependent on the opponents. 2-1 with wins over Boise State and Chaminade/Washington State is average. 1-2 with a win over NC State could be considered decent

If I told you we’d be 7-1 in December we all would’ve signed up for that, especially after last yr

Just looked at a drone flyover of Lahaina and there is still plenty of work to be done there from that devastating fire. Nice-looking temporary housing has been built and virtually all the damage and ruination has been cleared but there are many many open spaces. All of Front Street is gone. The Banyan Tree survived and appears to be thriving but the human loss eclipses that one piece of good news. The flyover videos are posted on Youtube periodically by a local who I believe is in the insurance business. Link below for those interested.
