I have bought SHU stuff from them, some stuff was really good, one tshirt not so great (but it was cheap - so you get what you pay for).
I have several things from Fanatics and never really had any issues. Check fabrics though as they do carry various tees, some with more modern softer fabric combos and others that may be more like basic Hanes tees. Their customer service has been good in my experience as my dad who's older has called to order items from gift cards since he's not really comfortable with online ordering and he said they were very helpful.
I used to order from them a bunch. It all depends on the brand. They lost my delivery once and also wouldn’t honor an expired store credit (I wasn’t even aware of the credit) so I pretty much wrote them off. Their “deals” are also a bit too slimy for me. Welp, turns out I don’t care for Fanatics!
