I literally think that’s exactly what McDermott says.

When I hear “masterclass” by a poster regarding McDermott I just laugh. He’s not doing anything special.

On defenses his guys stay at home, move their feet and don’t lose their man.

On offense they just wait for an open shot when one player gets double teamed.

His players make shots.

Not rocket science.

They have gotten off to hot starts earlier in the year, and now a few sluggish ones. Impressed how they adjust and are finishing games. Defense travels and keeps them in every game.
